SpareHour lets adults host or join small, same-day plans in public places. Using the app means you agree to these rules.

Who can use it

You must be 18 or older. Birthday is how the app checks that. Do not use someone else’s phone number or Apple account.

How hangs work

• Meet only in public. Homes, apartments, and private rooms are not allowed.
• Groups are 2 to 6 people, including the host.
• The exact meeting place stays hidden until the host accepts you.
• Chat is only for people the host has accepted onto that hang.

Your conduct

Be recognizable in your photo. Don’t harass, threaten, or misrepresent yourself. Reports can lead to a hang being removed. You can block someone, and you can leave a hang.

Your content

You keep what you post. You give SpareHour permission to show it to the people the product rules allow: a host’s profile on a hang, a photo to people on that hang, a pin after accept.

No guarantee of a meetup

People can cancel, decline, or not show up. SpareHour is not a party to your meetup and is not responsible for what happens when you meet.

Accounts

You can log out or delete your account in Settings. Deleting removes the account data described in the privacy page.
